Through our blogs , website as well as facebook, people from our country can place their orders and ask their enquiries regarding our products. We will also update them about our latest product information or event.

As for calls, it functions the same as online as all calls be recorded for orders and equiries at our official phone numbers.

3) Letters

We will reply to any relevant enquiries and orders (through customer’s letters) posted at our official address which can be found through internet or our flyers.

4) Advertisement

Through mass media such as television , magazines , newspapers and etc. We will convey our messages, product information as well as our events and we will update customers at least every month.

1) Advantages of the product (Nosk)

·       Filters hazardous minute substances without causing any breathing barriers.

·      Suitable for outdoor and indoor activities.

·      Does not have to wear mask to cover half of your face to filter the air we breathe as Nosk is very soft , light and easy to wear.

·       It is very handy to bring with us everywhere as it is packaged in a simple small box.

·      The colour is transparent. So, it looks almost invisible on us and it is suitable at any occasions; meeting, weddings and etc.

·     The product is considered cheap (which is around RM12 per box which contains 2 pieces of Nosk each box)

·      Nosk are reusable, it is recommended washing after 8 hours of use for 8-16 times until the filter is becoming too soft or torn.

We choose factory and construction site workers as our main customer target because this group of people might be the ones who needed protection the most in this matter as they are exposed to hazardous chemicals in the air almost all the time during their working hours.

In order to prevent them from getting asthmatic attack at any time, they can use Nosk to breathe a secure and clean air.

·        Athletes

Athletes usually spend most of their time doing outdoor activities than indoor activities such as jogging, running, cycling, and etc. Even at gymnasium, they cannot ensure the air they breathe in is clean enough to maintain their health especially during their competition.

·        Students

While walking beside the streets or waiting for a bus in order to go to their classes, students are eventually being exposed to polluted air especially for those who lives in city. Where smokes from vehicles are everywhere. Therefore, for students to be more confident about their health before examination, Nosk can be a big help.

The product that we chose is a newly invented product which is originated from Korea. It will be very helpful   if it is widely used among people in our country as it is a form health consciousness.
Therefore our main goal is to get this product popular in our country since we intend to become the dealer and distributor for NOSK.

Third problem and solution

Problem:

Wires.. wires.. and wires.. Why cant it be wireless?

Sometimes, in our busy schedule, there will be a situation where we need to do two works at once for example, we need to talk to our clients through the phones for hours while doing house chores or something else. The problem arise when our phone is out of battery, we have to charge our phone at one place and thats it ; we cant move to anywhere because of that charger wire is connected to the wall plug.

Besides, wires are easily damaged when it is being pulled hard as the metal threads inside the wire can easily be broken. Thats the reason why sometimes we cannot hear a sound through our earphones or headphones.

Solution:

Wireless

Wireless network refers to any type of device network that is not connected to any cables. Nowdays, it is proven that we can get internet connection by using wireless network and not using any cables anymore. Perhaps, the same concept can be applied to other devices such as battery charger, headphones, earphones, and other electronic devices.

The business model canvas, is a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool that allows you to describe design, challenge, invent, and pivot your business model.

First learning in Entrepeneurship class (11/10/2012)

How do we feel?

1.  We are becoming confident to speak out our minds as we are allowed to speak freely in our class under Ms Zen's teachings.
2. We are happy to have a spontaneous session with our lecturer as she implement a "No-note takings" system in class as she wants us to think and speak creatively and spontaneously.
3. Through her mindful speech and her skills in teachings, we are becoming excited to learn on how to posses the intrepeneurship skills which she said, will bring a lot of benefit to us in future.

How can we benefit from this class?

1. First of all, we are thought on how to plan a business properly and deeply, therefore we can use the details to start up our business at a young age.
2. Our confident level increased as we practices to speak out during the idea sharing moments in class. This kind of confident is essential for us to deal with various people in future and projects as well as interviews.

Second problem and solution

Problem:

Air Pollution

The air we breathe in everyday is actually the cause of  illness we usully having. Headahe, breathing difficulties, high fever and etc but do we ever noticed it? This major problem is what we usually overlooked.
Wealth is health. Without a healthy body, our productivity in daily life is decreased. In this world of modernisation and globalisation, air pollution is increasing rapidly each day. Gases from cars, chemicals from factories, and viruses are potential cause to most f diseases that sometimes can even causes death.

Solution:

NOSK

If we just use normal mask which cant filter most of gas particles, its useless. The current mask is uncomfortable by coveringup half a face. Do we have to live in such a way?
